This brick single family home was designed and built to exacting specifications. There is no aspect of the building that was not considered in its construction. The exterior brick is accented by quarried limestone. Inside a solid wood platform raises up from the the stone and concrete floor to set the spaces apart. It gives the sensation that one is traveling from room to room despite the continuous and open floor plan. A custom steel stair forms the centerpiece of the home. The ultra light construction seems to float in air as the stair spirals up 3 floors and down to the basement.
