St. Malachy
The design for the renovations included significant demolition and layout in the existing Sacristy in order to install 2 ADA toilet rooms. The existing fixtures would be removed along with the associated plumbing. Simultaneously the Church was performing remediation on the tunnel below in order to route the proposed plumbing through the floor. The result of our design included a closet accessible through the Sanctuary, Toilet Rooms, and access to the existing mechanical spaces.
