LA Residence
This private residence is located in hills of Bel Air overlooking the city of Los Angeles. The interior renovations included a new gourmet kitchen with adjoining family room, climate controlled wine room, master suite including his and her closet and baths, a reconfigured entryway and stair as well as minor updates throughout the villa.
The exterior improvements included a new guest house, pool house with exercise room, exterior zero-edge pool & spa, multiple stone patios, and a new guest driveway, walk-up gate and entry plaza.
