All Masonry Corporate HQ
All Masonry moved to Cicero from their previous offices in Lincoln Park to find more space. Between the 3 story tall warehouse buildings on the new site was a wide open concrete slab, perfect for their offices.
The overall design and scope changed multiple times throughout the project. The Owner/Contractor constantly weighed the necessity of building out the entire site as their HQ. Additional difficulties included deciding on materials. The Owner self performed the work and their staff / material availability changed over monthly. Ultimately they decided to proceed with the plans as we originally drew them and occupied the entire site area.
The three main components of the project included:
- A large open office work space with butterfly roof atrium.
- A ring of small offices and utility spaces around the exterior.
- Two larger meeting and multipurpose spaces.
We provided renderings, plans, and details in addition to finish selections, colors, and materials. We also coordinated civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing design, and engineering.
